As a person with Mediterranean blood I can attest that this restaurant is AUTHENTIC Mediterranean food!! If I lived in Houston I would eat here weekly. I definitely recommend the Gyro sandwich, as it is my favorite dish! The Lebanese Tea was excellent as well! Our service member, Emily, was a joy to have and talk to! If I ever come back to Houston I will definitely be coming back! Thank you for the amazing experience and service!

Delicious flavors and great variety. Freshly made and cooked dishes. The fried cheese was very flavorful the pitas tasted fresh, the Eo meat and the beef Kafka and chicken were well seasoned and delicious. Clean and inviting atmosphere. Friendly service and excellent recommendation on the food and lunch prices. Ample parking in the lot.
If you haven’t been to Petra's Cafe, you’re missing out! I first visited on a Thursday for lunch and brought my family for dinner the following Friday. Emily served my family the most authentic and delicious Mediterranean food. We recently visited Dubai as a family in December, and the food and environment were just as delightful. If you’re looking for amazing, well-balanced food made with heart, come to Petra's Cafe and ask for Emily! I wish I took more pictures of the food but I was so excited that my family was enjoying it. I'll be back to take more pics!
First time here. I had no idea what to order but the waitress was very helpful and suggested some dishes. My friend ordered the chicken shawarma and I I order beef kabob. The food was very good and fresh. They could add more olives to the salad but the dressing was delicious. The pita was hot and fresh. We will definitely come back. I'm adding this place to my favorites.
Lamb shank is delicious, you have to try the Garlic Hummus dip. Red fish is outstanding and the shrimp scampi is wonderful. We really like the Lebanese tea.
If your looking for a sign to come eat at this place, this is it!!!! Me and my husband never been here before and so glad our first time was so good !!! Our server was Emily she was really helpful and joyful , we enjoy her company, we loved her! And we want her to be our server from now on! Petra you earned yourself regular long time customers!
